Enabling Works to redevelop a 65 acre brown field site of a former power station and sewage treatment works, creating a serviced, earthworks plateau and surrounding infrastructure for a new Data Centre development.

Former power station structures are being demolished and removed from the ground, including a large, deep basement.

BE Design assited with the mapping of below ground structures, preparation of earthworks/ cut & fill strategies, together with the design of drainage and highways infrastructure.
