From feasibility studies through to technical designs, we have the expertise to unlock the value and potential of challenging sites.

Our extensive knowledge in current standards and guidance documents means our consulting engineers are efficient and perfectly placed to prepare planning and building control application submissions, which include design calculations and technical drawings to obtain approvals. Aligning with our other discipline offerings, our civil engineering models and drawings are driven through BIM 3-D information and modelling packages, definition from clash detection and efficient information coordination.

With the growing focus on greenfield runoff, climate change, and sustainable design, our drainage engineers are specialists in producing flood risk assessments (FRA) and drainage strategies for a wide range of site situations, including developments within Flood Zone 3. Water quantity, water quality, amenity, and biodiversity are always at the forefront of our drainage design and our team of experts can advise the most appropriate SuDS, including but not limited to attenuation pond, swale, soakaway, permeable paving, green roof, and rainwater harvesting that is best suited for the development.
