We strive to realise our clients’ visions and aspirations, helping to develop robust processes, mitigate risk, and streamline workflows to improve performance. All of this is achieved through close collaboration, generating lifecycle value and delivering efficiency.

Our BIM managers are involved throughout the whole lifecycle of projects, leveraging multi-disciplinary skillsets and technology to transform project delivery, handover and operations. Focusing on the ‘Golden Thread’ of data, we support clients in maximising the potential of BIM and supporting all aspects of those projects, making sure that all requirements and deliverables are satisfied in accordance with client and project drivers.

Our coordinators develop robust clash detection and reporting regimes to ensure project risks and clashes are identified and resolved, mitigating project delays, rework, and programme overrun.

All our actions are rooted in sustainability, with our BIM specialists also on hand to support clients and projects through all phases of assessments related to the environmental performance of schemes, something of particular importance for larger or more complex buildings. We also facilitate the assessment of and compliance with Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES), and measurement of the embodied carbon of schemes, working with our clients to reduce whole life carbon to create a better future for all.
