Project Details

At 50km South of Warsaw, Poland, Pepsi-co commissioned a new 60,000m2 distribution centre. Pepsi-co use the facility to distribute around the Warsaw area engaging with new motorway links to transport hubs. We provided architectural and engineering design services for the 60,000m2 logistics hub, as well as construction governance and client advisory services.

This particular logistics centre allows Pepsi-co to fully utilise the 12m eaves height and 103 loading docks to enable excellent distribution. The logistics park expands on the existing park and has redeveloped a redundant railway siding and brownfield land.

To ensure energy-efficiency, various eco-sustainable technologies have been employed, such as lithium battery powered forklifts, LED lighting, thermal insulation, and solar panels to provide energy and heating which all contribute to Pepsi-co business expectations of zero waste and sustainability standards.
