BE Design worked with McLaren Construction and Columbia Threadneedle Investments to deliver a significant milestone in the ongoing transformation of the World Freight Terminal. 

The recently completed B4 project, delivered two weeks ahead of schedule, features a state-of-the-art 92,000 sq. ft. industrial and logistics facility, complete with integrated office space, extensive external works, and landscaping. Strategically located within the airport security perimeter at one of the UK’s premier logistics hubs, the building has been constructed to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and an EPC A+ certification, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
