Tasked with delivering this complex project at Exeter Way, our multidisciplinary team played a pivotal role in shaping a highly flexible, future-ready logistics hub. The facility, enabled by Pulleyn’s integration into the CubeCold Group, provides nearly 23,000 pallet spaces spanning frozen, chilled, and controlled ambient storage—all meticulously planned and engineered by BE Design to meet diverse operational demands.

Our solutions offer end-to-end flexibility for the pharmaceutical, food, and specialist sectors, including secure storage for musical instruments and artwork. Through our tailored design, Theale now connects seamlessly to CubeCold’s pan-European cold chain platform, enabling comprehensive services from temperature-controlled storage and processing to transport, export/import, and container handling.
