Today, we are incredibly proud and excited to officially launch our London office!
For BE Design, this feels like so much more than a new base in the capital.
As an established global business, this marks an important next step in our journey and reflects both how far we have come and the ambition we have for the future.
We grew into a multidisciplinary consultancy combining ESG and sustainability, architecture, engineering, and technical advisory to support clients from strategy through to delivery.
For our founders, Anna Tsartsari and Stephen Oakden, the London office is an opportunity to showcase the technical strength we have built as a business. What truly defines BE Design, however, is the way we work with our clients: a hands-on, supportive approach, guiding and advising them through every stage. We look forward to building on that further in London by supporting our London-based clients with the care and attention they deserve.
With Joey Aoun leading our London office as ESG and Sustainability Director and Office Lead. Bringing together architectural and engineering expertise, we are delighted to have someone who reflects our multidisciplinary approach so naturally.

We are also pleased to have Esmee Ten Pas, our Sustainability Consultant and Dutch speaker, already supporting a number of European projects, and we look forward to welcoming our new Director of Civils and Structures very soon. You may notice one blurred face in the image for now, with the full introduction to follow shortly.
A huge thank you to the entire BE Design team for the support, commitment, and hard work that have brought us to this point. None of this would have been possible without the strength of our people and the collective effort that has shaped where we are today. That same contribution is helping define our five-year strategy to 2030, and we are excited to keep building the future together.
