We’re delighted to announce that Elliot Turner has been promoted to Principal Engineering Co-ordinator. ⭐
With over 9 years of industry experience working nationwide across all sectors, Elliot has built up an impressive breadth of expertise. Taking on leading technical roles from the earliest planning and conceptual stages, through tender and costing, right the way to construction and as-built delivery. Along the way, he’s helped bridge the gap between engineers and technicians, coordinating packages of work throughout.
One project highlighting Elliot’s skill set is Wren Kitchens, Barton Upon Humber. A one million square foot manufacturing and distribution facility with a near 20-metre difference in ground level across the site. Elliot assessed existing and proposed levels to determine where retaining walls were needed, producing plans, elevations, and sections for over 1.6km of retaining walls.
He’s also a driving force behind innovation in our team. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, Elliot recently created a brand-new Civils’ Revit template, building parametric families that allow BE Design to produce three-dimensional drainage models; now used to generate live schedules that contractors on site rely on to order materials and build from. 💚
In his new role, Elliot will manage new projects and resources and act as the key point of communication between our teams and clients. He’s most excited about building strong relationships with new clients and contractors and supporting engineers in the successful delivery of projects and work packages.
