We’re excited to welcome three new apprentice engineers — Toby Baldwin, Toby H, and Nikolas Adamopoulos — to the BE Design family! 🎉
They’ll be gaining hands-on experience across engineering and construction, building their skills, and developing as part of our growing team. We’re looking forward to supporting their journey and seeing the impact they’ll make in the years ahead.
Toby Baldwin: “I chose BE Design after a work experience placement where I had the chance to get to know the team — everyone was so welcoming. I also saw the wide range of opportunities available and, after speaking with several apprentices during my placement, I knew it was the right place to grow my career.”
Nikolas: ” I recently joined BE Design as an apprentice civil engineer and so far, it’s been a great experience. I have just finished my gcses and always had a strong interest in how buildings come together and creative problem solving From my very first day, the team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. It’s clear that BE Design has a very positive collaborative environment everyone is approachable and always happy to offer help or answer questions, which has made settling in much easier.”
Toby Hillman : “I’m excited to be starting at BE and to be part of such a dynamic and creative team. I’m looking forward to growing within the role, taking on new challenges, and contributing to bold, meaningful work. My aim is to make a positive impact, collaborate closely with the team, and help bring new ideas to life.”
