BE Design have welcomed Birgit Schneider as Senior Sustainability Consultant. Birgit has 17 years experience in the Construction industry in Germany and the UK having worked for a large contractor in various roles, including site management, cost and project management, business development and sustainability management. Birgits input to the team is already strengthening our expertise within Europe. Birgit is currently involved in several BREEAM DE In-Use projects in Germany. As well as Sustainability Due Diligence Pre-Assessment Reports for property investors and BREEAM DE In-Use Assessments providing specialist and assessor services.

“I started my new role as Senior Sustainability Manager with BE Design in October 2023 and am now working on several BREEAM Projects in the UK as well as in Germany, have gained a couple of Qualifications for German BREEAM schemes and am currently already working as Assessor on 4 BREEAM DE In-Use projects.
