A big BE Design family welcome to Sophie Bennington today who joins us as a senior sustainability consultant. Our sustainability and wellbeing team is incredibly important to us and is an ever-growing asset to our work as we place sustainability and wellbeing firmly at the heart of everything we do
Sophie spent the last six years managing sustainability and ESG in the transport sector and has worked on projects including fair procurement and governance, community development and regeneration.
Sophie said: “I am incredibly excited to be joining an enthusiastic and collaborative company that looks forwards to future needs and requirements of both the wider industry and sustainable development. The built environment will need to take a big role in advancing net zero plans and increasing social value.
“BE Design’s commitment to creating spaces that benefit people’s health, wellbeing and the wider society is something I’m particularly interested in and I’m looking forward to being able to help build and develop these commitments, delivering ESG-focused initiatives and services for our clients.”
