Now well into construction, we’ve been novated to the contractor to deliver detailed design, ensuring the scheme remains on track for successful completion for the end client and tenants. With four units progressing on an overlapping construction sequence, the project has created a fantastic opportunity for our junior engineers and technicians to experience construction first-hand — deepening their understanding of buildability, site practices, and technical coordination.
Our recent site visit was a great day of collaboration with the contractor, giving the team valuable exposure to live construction challenges. True to the UK climate, we encountered all four seasons in one day — a fitting backdrop as we considered the practicalities of surface water management on site!
