We are really pleased to be bolstering the BE Design Architecture team of experts with our newest Associate Director, Kevin Bayliss.
Kevin is not only a chartered Architect, but also a qualified architectural technician and brings 23 years of professional practice experience in both the public and private sectors. Kevin has led countless projects through all RIBA stages and has a particular specialism in the art of creating inspiring school buildings and space for early years education to nurture children’s learning through excellent design, with a number of his projects winning awards in this sector.
Kevin is also an expert in a range of areas, including rail and transport, having worked as senior design team leader on the London Underground remodelling prior to the London Olympics.
His extensive experience, comprehensive BIM knowledge, and acute understanding of the latest industry trends will help BE Design in continuing to deliver innovative, coordinated, and inspirational designs in all sectors. He said: “I joined BE Design due to our aligned ethos. The importance of people, development, and relationships is at the centre of everything the team does.
“I am very excited to be a new part of the BE Design family and keen to use my experience to help develop staff, lead projects and to continue the wonderful service to BE Design’s existing clients whilst extending the diversity of our sector portfolio.”
Kevin also has a keen interest in sustainability and will play a key role in furthering our commitment to designing responsibly for the future and addressing the carbon agenda.
