The first phase of Multiply, a speculative commercial development at Logistics North has been completed, with three units successfully handed over to the Client, totalling 163,500 sq ft at the site adjacent to the M61.
This marks the end of Multiply’s first phase with the units delivered on-time. Development on the site will continue with the delivery of an additional 10 new commercial units over three phases. These will be built within the next 18 months.
BE Design’s civil and structural engineers are proud to have been involved in this phase and are looking forward to continuing the relationships on the next phases.
