Leyton Logistics Hub will feature 11 units ranging from 6,000 to 36,000 sq ft, all targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM Outstanding ratings, with a gross development value of around £130 million. The scheme will also be fully aligned with Article 9 (Climate Change Mitigation, Acquisition and Ownership) under EU Taxonomy. Located near key arterial routes, including the A406 North Circular and A12, the site benefits from excellent connectivity to central London. With detailed planning already secured and construction expected to start soon, the development is set for practical completion by mid-2026. The scheme aims to provide high-spec industrial space with sustainability features such as green walls and roofs, reinforcing our ambition to lead in urban industrial and logistics.

Through an extensive review of proposed building and external levels utilising three-dimensional cut and fill technology, it has been possible to maximise re-use of recycled material generated from the demolition of the original industrial site.
