At BE Design, our passion for design runs through the practice, with our people being instrumental to our success. Our staff are passionate about the work we do and we ensure that career progression is at the forefront of our development programmes. We are thrilled to announce four promotions across our technical team.
Rafail Tsartsaris, Dan Edwards, Rhys Bevins and Shawn Loo will now support the senior team directly with project design and client management whilst mentoring and developing the next generation of engineers and architects in the BE Design family.
We are a close family at BE Design – and one which supports one another and rewards hard work and dedication. Rafail, Dan, Rhys and Shawn have all worked incredibly hard to get where they are today – showing enthusiasm, passion and technical expertise across every project they’ve designed and delivered. We are proud to announce their promotions and wish them all the best of luck in their new roles.
Rafail is experienced in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Revit and Building Information Modelling (BIM). He is proud to see his work influencing others within BE Design in his new role as Senior Engineering BIM Coordinator.
Dan has been part of the BE Design family for almost five years and has now been promoted to Senior Engineering Coordinator and, during which time he worked on transforming a car park used during the London 2012 Olympic Games into an impressive structure.
Rhys studied at Nottingham Trent University and, following a placement year with us, he returned to work full time four years ago and is now the practice’s newest Senior Architectural Technologist.
Shawn is looking forward to helping to develop junior members of the team and enhancing client satisfaction as our newly appointed Associate.
In the year that BE Design celebrates its fifth anniversary, we are proud of the professional progress the members of our family are making, and plan to grow our team, welcoming new people into the BE Design family.
