Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Duncan is trained in practice as a Charted accountant with over 20 years of senior finance experience, including 9 years as CFO and board member at businesses backed by private equity.

Throughout his career, Duncan has focused closely with CEOs and boards to set clear goals and targets, and to provide the financial leadership needed to navigate periods of significant growth, both organic and through M&A.

Recently, Duncan was a key member of the team that delivered the successful sale of a forgings business, transacting between two US Private equity firms following a sustained period of substantial revenue growth achieved through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

Outside of work, you will find him spending time with his family, or out on the roads running and cycling.
