October was Black History Month – a very important month in our calendars – and part II architectural assistant Emmanuel Adedokun has been helping us celebrate and learn more about black history with a quiz.
Emmanuel joined us in July this year after completing his MArch at Manchester School of Architecture. While completing his Part II with us, he’s been an invaluable part of the BE Design family, working on a range of exciting sustainable projects. His help in educating us on black history proves how much we can all learn from each other, personally as well as professionally. We’d like to thank Emmanuel, on behalf of everyone at BE Design, for taking the time to help us all learn about diversity.
His quiz contained some really inspiring quotes from amazing people of colour. One that really resonated was from Maya Angelou.
