We’ve appointed a new associate director, Tim Osborne, who is joining the BE Design family in our Newark office.
Having developed many business parks with logistics, industrial, and other commercial uses, together with leisure centres, retail projects, and residential schemes, Tim’s experienced in taking projects from their initial conceptual stage through to practical completion. He’s been a chartered member of the Institute of Structural Engineers for 18 years and will be working on a significant project in the former Outokumpo stainless steel manufacturing facility in Sheffield, following the successful completion of Phase 1.
Speaking about his plans for his new role, Tim said: “I hope to achieve the efficient delivery of future schemes at BE Design, offering excellent customer service and working with the talented team here, aiming to make the whole process as enjoyable and rewarding as possible.”
