Simon Toseland - Director of Health and Safety

We’re delighted to welcome Simon Toseland to the BE Design family as our new Director of Health & Safety. 

Simon brings a wealth of experience in Health and Safety Management Systems, Construction (Design & Management), and building positive safety cultures across complex projects. In his new role, he will lead the development and delivery of our safety strategy, ensuring that our projects are not only safe to construct, use, and occupy, but that health and safety remain at the heart of our company values. 

As a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and a Fellow Member of the Association for Project Safety (APS), Simon’s credentials speak to his deep commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in the industry. His leadership will strengthen our ability to support clients and partners with tailored, forward-thinking safety solutions, helping us deliver environments where people can thrive.
