We’re delighted to announce that Alex Lodge has stepped into a new role as Associate Director at BE Design!
A highly experienced civil engineer, Alex has delivered a wide range of projects across both the private and public sectors — from placemaking in the public realm and large-scale residential developments to multi-room accommodation and Strategic Rail Freight Interchange (SFRI) logistics parks.
With deep expertise in feasibility, risk management, and due diligence at early project stages, Alex thrives on collaborating across disciplines to create tailored solutions that unlock development potential while aligning with client aspirations, budget, and sustainable design. Outside of work you’ll find Alex participating in outdoor activities or working on a house renovation project.
We’re excited to see the strength and growth Alex will bring to our Civils and Highways teams in his new leadership role, and proud to have him in the BE Design family.
