We are thrilled to welcome Esmee Ten Pas to the BE Design family as our ESG & Sustainability Consultant.
Esmee brings a strong background in sustainable construction, circular economy, and ESG strategy, with a proven track record of driving meaningful environmental impact. She has extensive experience leading sustainability initiatives, integrating life cycle assessments (LCA), BREEAM certifications, and data-driven models to optimize material selection, reduce CO₂ emissions, and enhance circularity. Her expertise will be a tremendous asset to our sustainability team.
Originally from the Netherlands, Esmee will work closely with our European clients and partners, supporting with policy development and ESG strategy formulation, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex sustainability challenges into actionable solutions. She thrives in cross-functional teams, pushing the boundaries of sustainable innovation and collaboration.
Esmee is eager to contribute her skills, embedding sustainability into every aspect of our work and making a lasting impact at BE Design.
